I’d checked cloud9.gg a couple times before and expected the usual “sold out in your size” situation. But then, out of nowhere, the size I wanted was actually in stock, so yeah, that changed my mood fast.

I didn’t have to sit around waiting for some restock email or keep refreshing like a maniac. I just grabbed it, checked out, and the whole thing was painless.

I’ve only used the site a few times, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the stock looked way better than I thought it would. Kind of went from skeptical to happy real quick.

I ordered from cloud9.gg and, to be fair, everything showed up exactly the way I requested it. No wrong items, no weird mix-ups, and all the details matched what I put in, which is really all I was hoping for.
The whole thing was smooth enough that I didn’t need to reach out to support or chase anything down afterward. I can’t really complain when a company simply does what it says it will do, and based on this order, I’d use them again...

I ordered my usual size, but it ended up being way too tight. I checked the size chart beforehand, but it didn’t really help much, if that makes sense...

I’ve trusted cloud9 as a brand for a long time, and being a fan has kind of become part of how I follow esports. The site does what it needs to do for news and merch links, and it’s easy enough to use. I just wish there was a little more there that made me feel connected to the team beyond checking updates or shopping. It’s not a bad experience at all, but as someone who already cares about the brand, I was hoping for more reasons to stick around and feel part of the community.

As someone who gets annoyed fast when a site feels cluttered or slow, I actually had a smooth experience with cloud9. Everything loaded quickly, the layout was easy to follow, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I needed. Overall, it just felt clean and simple in a good way.

I had to send back a hoodie because, of course, I guessed my size wrong instead of checking the chart. Customer support got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. no stress at all and way easier than I expected.

I had an issue and figured I’d reach out, thinking it would probably be a quick back-and-forth. I waited a few days, checked my email a couple times, and when I finally did hear back, it didn’t really help with what I was asking about. Overall, it was just kind of frustrating

A few sizes and colors were missing, which was a little disappointing, but I still found what I needed without much trouble. Overall, I’d probably check back again

I got in on the limited drop and, yeah, it actually felt fair this time. Like, stuff wasn’t just instantly gone because bots ate the whole thing in two seconds. It was a bit rough around the edges maybe, but nothing felt shady or weird.

I’d say the prices on cloud9.gg are mostly fair, and the gear actually feels worth it for the most part. A few things are a bit more expensive than I’d ideally want to pay, but it’s not anything wild compared to other team shops. When they have deals going, it definitely feels like a much better buy, I’m always here for a discount, obviously. Shipping can sneak up on you a bit, though, which is kind of annoying. Overall, I’m still happy with what I paid.

I mostly use cloud9.gg to keep up with match updates, and the email reminders have been handy. They usually show up at the right time and don’t feel overwhelming or spammy, which I appreciate. That said, every now and then I get an email that doesn’t really matter to me, so it’s not completely perfect. Still, overall I’d say they’re useful and worth keeping on.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the print on the hoodie cracked sooner than I expected. The hoodie itself feels okay and is still wearable, but the design definitely doesn’t look as nice now

To be fair, the order did eventually show up, but the tracking made no sense while I was waiting. It kept showing old updates and I had no idea where my package was for days. Annoying experience.

I preordered from cloud9.gg it showed up pretty much how I expected. The updates took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, so yeah, was I checking my email way too often? Definitely. But the order was correct, everything was packed well, and it got here in good shape. Overall, I’m happy with it. Would faster tracking have been nice? Of course, but no real complaints.

I used Cloud9 and tried applying a promo code at checkout. At first, it didn’t seem to show up, so I refreshed the page once, and then the discount appeared like it was supposed to.
The price dropped as expected, and I didn’t notice any weird extra charges or anything like that afterward. Checkout was quick overall, too.
I’d probably give it 4 stars since the promo code part could be a little smoother, but in the end it worked fine and saved me some money.

Some of the shirts look cool, but a few of them felt kind of plain to me. Overall, they’re okay, just not really my favorite. The whole experience also felt a little impersonal, like I was more of a ticket number than an actual customer.

I really do like the products, but the restock updates were kind of confusing. It just said “coming soon” for what felt like forever, with no real update after that. I felt a little embarrassed by how many times I kept checking back myself. It would’ve been much better if they gave clearer dates, or even just said they weren’t sure yet
